Other Types of Transcripts
Rowan University is NOT currently Sending Electronic Transcripts.
For non-electronic transcript requests, a handwritten signature is required for release.
To request an official transcript, you may obtain an official transcript request form in Savitz Hall or download it. Because of confidentiality concerns, telephone requests can not be honored. Fees are $15.00 for each transcript to be mailed and $20.00 for each transcript to be generated on demand (in person). All payments are made at the Bursar's Office. Payments of money order and checks (payable to Rowan University) or cash. Payments for on demand (in person) transcripts are cash or check only. A separate transcript request form is required for each mailing address.
Official Transcripts mailed to you are stamped "Official Transcript Issued to Student."
Upon receipt of a completed form, official transcripts are normally mailed within five (5) working days. Processing time of transcript requests may vary due to high demand at the end of each semester, so students should expect delays and plan ahead.
No transcript will be furnished to any student whose obligations to the University have not been met.
Transcripts from other institutions released to Rowan University may not be released to a third party.
For more information, call (856) 256-4356.
Effective July 1, 2015 transcripts purchased in person will be required to pay cash, check or money order. Credit card purchases for transcripts will only be available on line.

Transfer credit is ONLY awarded to matriculated students for whom an OFFICIAL CREDENTIAL has been received from the originating organization or institution.
An official transcript is one that has been received directly from the issuing institution. It must bear the institution’s seal, an appropriate signature and a date.
An Official Academic Transcript is a complete record of your academic history at Rowan University, including all undergraduate, graduate and professional courses. An official academic transcript includes yearly enrolment details, grades results, grade point average, conferral of award details, as well as all fails and withdrawals. It is only available in hardcopy - we do not have a softcopy option.
(Note: All transfer information is subject to change when curriculum or policy changes at either institution.)
