Eligibility

Who Can Participate?

The EOF Program is open to New Jersey residents who have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent, are interested in attending college full-time and meet the financial guidelines. To be admitted to the EOF program, students must meet federal guidelines, which include being a first generation college student and meeting federal and state income standards. Participants must enroll as a fulltime student and participate in program activities. Transfer students who were enrolled in an EOF program at their previous institution may join the EOF program at Rowan.
