The EOF program is open to New Jersey residents who have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent, are interested in attending college full-time, and meet the federal and state financial guidelines below. EOF students must participate in EOF sponsored program activities from freshman through senior year. Transfer students who enrolled in an EOF program at their previous institution may apply to transfer to the Rowan EOF program. EOF Income Eligibility Scale
