About Healthy Body

A healthy body is the culmination of many aspects of health. It includes good nutrition, exercise habits, sleep hygiene, avoiding illness and practicing safer sex. Maintaining good physical health affects all other areas of wellness. Having a healthy body lowers the risk of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and other physical concerns. It also lowers the risk for depression and other mental health concerns.
