About Healthy Mind

A healthy mind encompasses all aspects of mental well-being. It includes limiting alcohol and other drug use, maintaining healthy relationships, managing stress, controlling depression and anxiety and having a healthy view of one's body. Good mental wellness allows students to be happy and productive at college. Having a healthy mind allows for students to experience academic, social and personal success.
