Immunization Holds

Immunization holds will go into effect after the drop/add period. If you have an immunization hold, you will not be able to register for the upcoming semester or receive course grades. Your health records must be complete including documentation of 2 MMR vaccines (measles, mumps and rubella) in order for the hold to be lifted. Please see the "new student forms" to download the form. You can contact your high school or family physician and have your immunization records faxed to the Student Health Center at 856-256-4427.

State of New Jersey Immunization Requirements

All students are expected to complete immunization forms as a condition of attendance at the college, required by NJ State Law.

Required Immunizations:

Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccination (for resident students and athletes)

Required Physical Examination with the Following Tests:

Students that have not met immunization requirements will have an immunization hold placed on their records and will not be able to register for the upcoming semester or receive course grades.
