Health requirements are due no later than July 15th for incoming Fall admission, December 15th for Spring admission and April 15th for Summer admission. For a complete list of health requirments visit the Required Health Forms page. If you have an immunization hold, you will not be able to register for the upcoming semester, drop/add classes or receive course grades. A late fee of $50 will be charged to any student with an incomplete health requirements as of July 15th for Fall admission and January 1st for Spring admission. An additional $50 late fee will be charged to any student still not compliant with the requirements by October 1st for Fall admission and by February 1st for Spring admission. State of New Jersey Immunization Requirements All students are expected to complete immunization forms as a condition of attendance at the college, required by NJ State Law. Students that have not met immunization requirements will have an immunization hold placed on their records and will not be able to register for the upcoming semester or receive course grades. Health records must be complete including documentation of all requirements in order for the hold to be lifted. Immunization records are typically obtained from a family physician, high school or by giving the Student Health Center consent to check the New Jersey Immunization. |
