Immunization Holds & Late Fees
Immunization Holds are placed on a student account for two reasons:
For a complete list of health requirements visit the Required Health Forms page. If you have an immunization hold, you will not be able to register for the upcoming semester, drop/add classes or receive course grades. A late fee of $50 will be charged to any student with an incomplete health requirements as of July 15th for Fall/Summer admission and January 1st for Spring admission. An additional $50 late fee will be charged to any student still not compliant with the requirements by October 1st for Fall/Summer admission and by February 1st for Spring admission.
The State of New Jersey has immunization requirements for students to follow. For a list of those requirements, please look at the link below.
All students are expected to complete immunization forms as a condition of attendance at the college, required by NJ State Law.
The second reason for an Immunization Hold being placed on a student account is an outstanding balance at Student Health Services.
