Summer CampRowan Rec Center Summer Camp

Kids Rule Summer Day Camp promotes educational experiences and recreational activities that provide a high quality, fun, and safe learning environment for children going into grades 1–7. The goal of the camp is to teach each camper the importance of developing lifetime sports and recreational skills while having fun. Educational emphasis is placed on promoting the importance of a lifestyle of health, fitness, and safety. Eight one-week sessions are offered from the end of June through the middle of August. Young Profs Exploration Camp

The Academic Success Center will be hosting a one week summer day camp on campus this July for middle school students ages 11–14 with Asperger Syndrome or High Functioning Autism. Young Profs Exploration Camp will occur the week of July 23rd –27th, 2012. This unique camp will provide opportunities for campers to explore, discover and experience activities led by various Rowan University faculty. Rowan Jazz Camp

The Rowan Jazz Camp offers students from southern New Jersey and surrounding states a chance to study with some of the region’s finest jazz educators and performers. During this dynamic five-day camp, students will learn big band and small jazz combo techniques as well as improvisation and other musicianship skills necessary for today’s jazz students (ages 14 – 18) and tomorrow’s performers.
