Support Desk
Information Resources Support Desk, a unit of Network and Systems Services, is responsible for assisting students, faculty, and staff with computer and telecommunication issues. The main objective of the Support Desk is to troubleshoot computer software and hardware, email, printing, access to network drives, network passwords, Alpha administrative passwords and all aspects telecommunications.
The Support Desk policy is to support on-campus software and hardware issued and installed by Network and System Services technicians. Technical support is also available for connecting your home computer to the Rowan network. We provide various services that include connecting to the University's free Internet services, off campus access to email, library electronic databases and Rowan network drives.
