The Rowan University Technology Support Desk is located in Memorial Hall on the South Side of the Glassboro Campus
Rowan University is in the process of introducing new Cisco IP Telephones across campus. This system is currently limited to the townhouses for students and a few administrative/academic areas. The ROLM Telephone System is still in-use by most of the campus. For all of your telephone questions and needs, please use the following links:
Telephones that are not working properly can be exchanged at the customer service counter located at the Information Resources Support Desk in Memorial Hall. Please call 856.256.4400 for more information.
