Position Announcement Position: GIS (Geographic Info Systems) lab assistant, Federal Work Study (FWS) Department: Geographhy/Anthropology Description: The Geography Dept is looking for a student worker to assist with GIS lab preparation and general GIS tasks. The student will help faulty in the preparation of GIS labs, including Intro to Mapping Science, GIS I and GIS II. The student will also assist staff with GIS data management and cartography tasks. The student must be proficient in GIS, to a level similar to those students that have completed GIS I. Qualifications: Proficient in GIS to a level similar to those students who have completed GIS I.
