Ms. Isabelita Marcelo Abele – installed on the Board in February, 2012. Ms. Abele’s term will expire June 30, 2015.

Ms. Abele is president and CEO of U.S. Lumber, Inc. of Woodbury Heights, NJ. She has served as a member of the N.J. Asian-American Commission and N.J. Development Authority for Small Business, Minorities & Women Enterprises, and is very active in community-based organizations. She earned a bachelor’s degree from San Pablo College, Philippines.

Lita resides in Mullica Hill.

Mr. Chad Bruner – installed on the Board in September, 2012. Mr. Bruner’s term will expire June 30, 2018.

Mr. Keith Campbell – installed on the Board in February, 2012.  Mr. Campbell’s term will expire June 30, 2017.

Mr. Campbell is a former Board of Trustees member from 1993 to 2005; chair from 1999 to 2002.  He is chairman of the board of Mannington Mills of Salem, NJ.  He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Muskingum College, his alma mater.  He chairs “Stand up for Salem”, and is also a member and former elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Salem.  In addition to his many philanthropic activities, he also serves on the board of South Jersey Industries and the Board of Directors/Advisory Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from Muskingum University.

Keith resides in Salem.

Mr. Lawrence DiVietro Jr. - installed on the Board in February 2002. Mr. DiVietro's term will expire in June 2013.

Mr. DiVietro is president and CEO of Land Dimensions Engineering, a land use planning and site development design company. He serves as vice chairman of the Gloucester County YMCA, on the Board of the Southern New Jersey Development Council, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners in addition to a number of professional organizations.

Larry resides in Wenonah.

Mr. Fred Graziano – installed on the Board in February, 2012.  Mr. Graziano’s term will expire June 30, 2016.

Mr. Graziano is head of Retail Banking and executive vice president of TD Bank Financial Group.  He serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Special Olympics New Jersey.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Rohrer College of Business.

Mr. James J. Gruccio - installed on the Board in December 2000. Mr. Gruccio's term will expire on June 30, 2013.

Mr. Gruccio is the president and managing partner of the law firm of Gruccio, Pepper, DeSanto and Ruth in Vineland. Jim received his B.S. degree from St. Joseph's and his law degree from Villanova. He is a Board Certified Trial Attorney, practicing since 1963, presently concentrating on business litigation, business transaction and personal injury litigation. Mr. Gruccio also serves as counsel to numerous institutions and governmental agencies.

Jim resides in Vineland.

Mr. James Kehoe - was installed on the Board in February 2003 and his term will expire on June 30, 2014.

Mr. Kehoe is business manager for Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 322 in Winslow. He serves on the boards of the Camden County United Way, Union Organization of Social Services, Ocean City Tabernacle, Camden County Improvement Authority, South Jersey AFL-CIO, and United Building Trades Council of Camden County and vicinity. He received a B.A. from Rutgers University.

Jim resides in Mt. Laurel.

Mr. George S. Loesch – installed on the Board in February, 2012.  Mr. Loesch’s term will expire June 30, 2016.

Mr. Loesch serves as vice president for Campbell Soup Company.  He serves on the New Jersey Board of the United States Tennis Association and is a member of the board for Deborah Hospital.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from Iona College and a master’s degree from Iona’s Hagan School of Business Administration.

Mr. Martin F. McKernan Jr.  – installed on the Board in 2009.  Mr. McKernan’s term will expire June 30, 2013. 

Mr. McKernan earned his B.A. degree from St. Joseph’s University and his J.D. from Georgetown University.  He is a senior partner with McKernan, McKernan & Godino in Camden.  Mr. McKernan currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Camden Free Library; Commissioner, Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority; member, Executive Committee of the National Diocesan Attorneys Association; and member, Public Policy Committee, New Jersey Catholic Conference.

Martin resides in Cherry Hill.

Mr. Nick L. Petroni - was installed on the Board in February 2004 and his second term of office will expire in June 2015.

Mr. Petroni received his degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant and owner of Petroni and Associates, an accounting firm located in Glassboro.  Mr. Petroni works to improve the Glassboro community as a member of the Mayor's Committee for Downtown Redevelopment and the Finance Council for the Church of St. Bridget.  He is also past president of the Glassboro Chamber of Commerce.

Nick resides in Glassboro.

Mr. Robert C. Poznek – installed on the Board in 2009.  Mr. Poznek’s term will expire June 30, 2013.

Mr. Poznek is the Chief Financial Officer of Archway Programs, Inc. in Atco.  He attended Rutgers University, LaSalle College, Gloucester County College and the American Institute of Banking. 

Robert resides in Williamstown.

Ms. Helene Reed - was installed on the Board in February 2003 and her term will expire on June 30, 2014.

Ms. Reed currently serves as the Surrogate for Gloucester County. She attended Rutgers University and earned a certificate in Hospital Administration.

Ms. Linda Rohrer - installed on the Board in January 2009. Ms. Rohrer's term will expire June 30, 2013.

Ms. Rohrer is president of Rohrer and Sayers Real Estate. She serves on the Rowan University Foundation Board and is also a trustee of the William G. Rohrer Charitable Foundation. Ms. Rohrer received her B.A. degree from Upsala College.

Linda resides in Haddon Township.

Ms. Virginia Rowan Smith – installed on the Board in February, 2011.  Ms. Smith’s term will expire June, 2016.

Ms. Smith is Chair of Inductotherm Corporation and Group Vice President of the Inductotherm Group, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Indel, Inc.  A graduate of Cornell University, she earned her MBA in marketing management from the University of California, Berkeley.  Ms. Smith serves on the Advisory Council for Doane Academy in Burlington, NJ and on the advisory board of the Lake George Land Conservancy – an arm of the Nature Conservancy.

Virginia resides in Upper Makefield, PA.

Ms. Megan Kearney - installed on the board in September, 2011. Ms. Kearney's term will expire in 2013. She currently serves as the student voting trustee.

Ms. Kearney has a major in history and minors in French and Anthropology.
