2012 Elections have concluded.
Terms expire on June 30 of each year.
Newly elected senators will serve a two-year term beginning July 1, 2012.
Department Senators:
January 14- Senators and Department Chairs notified of expiring terms
March 29 - Election results of the department Senate representatives due in the Senate office
Professional Staff:
(Eligible to vote: all professional staff in the unit, all coaches that are considered professional staff)
January 21 - Professional Staff members are notified of expiring terms
March 2 - The call for nominations are sent to Prof. Staff
March 9 - Nominations due in Senate office.
March 19 - Ballots sent out
March 26 - Ballots due in Senate office on or before
Senator-at-Large:
(Eligible to vote: full-time faculty, ¾ time faculty, temporary faculty, Athletic and Library staff considered as part of separate departments and holding elections the same as faculty)
February 21- Senators-at-Large are notified of expiring terms.
March 23 - The call for nominations sent out.
March 30 - Nominations due in Senate office.
April 4 - At-Large ballots sent out.
April 12 - Ballots due in Senate office.
