Communication: Advertising - It's the real thing!

The Advertising Department at Rowan has a more than 25-year history garnering a long list of awards and accomplishments. As an Advertising major, your classroom instruction will simulate the "real world." The program emphasizes hands-on experience, participating in many problem-solving competitions. You'll have valuable outlets to apply what you learn and meet with many professionals in the field. Advertising requires an internship in the industry.

As a Rowan Advertising student, you'll work on real projects for real companies-not made up ones. Rowan's student run ad agency, Advertising Dynamics, has worked on projects for Panasonic, Campbell's Soup, AT&T, ARCO, Snapple, CIGNA Insurance and Coca-Cola.

The Ad Club, a college chapter of the American Advertising Federation, serves more than 100 Rowan students with educational, mentoring and professional service programs.
