Campus Tours & Open Houses

Rowan University offers a number of campus tours and open houses throughout the course of the year. A visit is the best way to learn about our academic programs, meet our professors, explore our state-of-the-art facilities and observe campus life. NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Campus Tours

Spring
The Admissions Office provides a University presentation and campus tour on Mondays at 3 p.m., Wednesdays at 1 p.m., and Fridays at 11 a.m. throughout the academic year.

Saturday Hours

The Office of Admissions is open on select Saturdays in the fall and spring for group tours.

Group tours begin at 10:30am and 12 noon. No appointment is necessary for the campus tour.

Open Houses

We invite you to attend one of Rowan's five Open Houses. Open House programs provide a comprehensive introduction to the University, admissions, financial aid, academic programs and student life. You will have the opportunity to speak with faculty members, academic advisers and campus life administrators. The Open House includes an extensive campus tour.

  • From 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. various departments (Admissions, Financial Aid, Career & Academic Planning, Student Activities, Residential Learning and University Housing, Honors, ROTC, Public Safety, Parent & Family Connections, Athletics, EOF/MAP, Rec Center, etc.) staff tables in the Rec Center gym to answer questions and help you learn more about the University.
  • Open House activities begin promptly at 1 p.m. in Esby Gym.
  • You can get an early bird tour prior to the start of the 1:00 p.m. program. Plan to arrive early for registration and a snack, then tour campus before Open House activities begin. Early bird tours depart every few minutes from the Rec Center Gym between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The last early bird tour will leave at 11:30 a.m. Tours will resume after the main session at 1:00 p.m.
  • Please use Parking Lot A on Route 322 or Parking Lot M-1 off Bowe Blvd..
