Office of Sponsored Programs Mission
The mission of the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is to provide the Rowan University faculty with relevant information and guidance for the submission of quality proposals to federal, state, and industrial sponsors, and to provide effective stewardship of awarded funds. Post-award (grant accounting) functions have been added to the OSP. Please see the links below for further information on the reorganization and staffing functions.

May 7, 2015 - OSP has updated its Cost Transfer Policy. Referenced forms are found on our Forms & Templates link to the left.
Feburary 24, 2015 - Rowan's grant management software is now available. As of April 3, 2015, Cayuse SP has replaced the IPAF (Internal Proposal Authorization Form). Training sessions are available. Also available is Cayuse 424, a web-based System-to-System software that submits federal grant applications directly to grants.gov in lieu of filling out cumbersome Adobe packages.
Dec. 9, 2014 - On Nov. 26, NIH announced a new biosketch format for NIH and AHRQ grant applications submitted for due dates on or after January 25, 2015. Revised forms and instructions are available on NIH's SF424 (R&R) Forms and Applications page and on our Forms & Templates page.
April 7, 2014 - Effort Reporting Certification Implementation via Banner. Currently, the Office of Research and Office of Sponsored Programs is implementing an electronic system via Banner Self-Service to certify effort reports. This project also coincides with a change to the Effort Reporting Procedure.
