Office of Sponsored Programs Mission


The mission of the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is to provide the Rowan University faculty with relevant information and guidance for the submission of quality proposals to federal, state, and industrial sponsors, and to provide effective stewardship of awarded funds. Post-award (grant accounting) functions have been added to the OSP. Please see the links below for further information on the reorganization and staffing functions.

OSP Announcements

Nov. 9, 2015 - Rowan University has a new F&A Rate Agreement (overhead/indirect). New rates are effective immediately for outgoing submissions and may be found here.

May 7, 2015 - OSP has updated its Cost Transfer Policy. Referenced forms are found on our Forms & Templates link to the left.

Feburary 24, 2015 - Rowan's grant management software is now available. As of April 3, 2015, Cayuse SP has replaced the IPAF (Internal Proposal Authorization Form). Training sessions are available. Also available is Cayuse 424, a web-based System-to-System software that submits federal grant applications directly to in lieu of filling out cumbersome Adobe packages.
