Internal Paperwork

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) requires internal paperwork to streamline the review process for research grants and contracts. Faculty/staff interested in submitting external proposals should submit the new one-page “Intent to Propose Form” via email to SponsoredPrograms@rowan.edu as early as possible. The purpose of this form (which requires no signatures) is to give OSP staff a heads-up about a faculty member’s interest in submitting a proposal to an external funding agency so that OSP staff may effectively plan and prioritize their work.

A two-page “Proposal Planning and Submission Form” should be completed by the Principal Investigator (PI), printed, signed by the PI, the PI’s Chair, and the PI’s Dean and submitted to OSP within FIVE DAYS of the sponsor’s deadline.

Coming Fall 2011- OSP is working with Enterprise Information Services to bring both forms online into an electronic approval and routing system that may be accessed through Self Service Banner.
