Tuition and Fees
All incoming undergraduate International Students will be responsible for paying out-of-state tuition in addition to university fees. Tuition and Fee rates for the current year are available here.
Students who will be taking ESL classes in addition to their regular classes will pay the ESL rate for the first 6 credits, and the regular out-of-state per credit rate for the remainder. Billing will be made accordingly following English testing upon arrival at Rowan.
All undergraduate international students are required to register for a minimum of 12 Rowan University credits in order to maintain full-time status as a condition of their visa status.
Students studying at Rowan on an exchange basis will be advised directly by the Office of International Student Services.
