GRAD (Graduation Requirements and Advising Database)

The University Registrar's Office is responsible for the development and implementation of the automated degree evaluation system.

GRAD is an online system which can be accessed through Self Service Banner at any time, 24/7 . It allows students and advisors to view past degree evaluation reports, generate new evaluation reports on current student data, or conduct a "what if" analysis for changing majors.

Why you should use the GRAD report:

GRAD evaluation reports contain the most current information from a student's schedule and academic history.
GRAD allows you and your advisee/advisor to explore other majors with a click of a button using the "what-if" analysis.
GRAD SAVES YOU TIME. Students will have access to current and correct information about their process toward degree requirements and advisors can focus more on the intellectual and professional needs of their advisees and less on the specific program requirements.

Please note: GRAD (Graduation Requirements and Advising Database) system is a tool not to supersede advisor.
