Freshman & International Freshman Applicants: The application deadline for spring 2014 is December 1 and the application deadline for fall 2014 is March 1.
Transfer & International Transfer Applicants: The application deadline for spring 2014 is November 15 and the application deadline for fall 2014 is March 1.
**Please note there is a $65 non-refundable application fee.
When Will I Find Out if I've Been Accepted?
Freshman applicants are notified no later than April 15 for fall entrance. Transfer applicants receive an admission decision approximately four weeks after receipt of application and official transcripts. Applicants for mid-year admission, both freshmen and transfers, are notified by December 1.
The Rowan Online Application is for use by Transfer & International Transfer applicants only. Freshman & Freshman International applicants are required to apply via the Common Application (see below).

The Rowan Online Application requires payment using a credit or debit card. If you you would like to pay by check or use a fee waiver, please apply using our paper application (see Printable Applications below).
Rowan University is a Common Application exclusive school for freshman and international freshman applicants. All freshman and international freshman applicants are required to apply via the Common Application. Transfer applicants cannot apply via the Common Application and must use the Rowan Online Application above.

Inductotherm Scholarships at Rowan University are available to the children or legal wards of employees of Rowan Technologies, Inc. The parent or legal guardian must have been employed by Rowan Technologies, Inc. as of April 1, 2012 and remain employed throughout the student’s attendance at Rowan University. In addition to submitting the appropriate application for admission to Rowan University, qualified students must also submit the completed Inductotherm Scholarship application.
Applicants for Art, Music and Theatre must complete an interview or audition by the application deadline. After completing and submitting an application, please visit one of the sites below to review portfolio and audition requirements and to schedule an appointment.
Admission to one of our two medical schools is handled directly by their corresponding admissions offices. Rowan also offers courses for working and aspiring nurses through its Department of Nursing, an academic department in the College of Science and Mathematics that collaborates with the College of Graduate & Continuing Education to deliver nursing programs online and in face-to-face classes and labs.
