Management
Success in business isn't about survival of the fittest, it's about survival of the smartest! At Rowan, our bachelor of science in management trains students to think creatively and intuitively to succeed in today's intense business climate. Combining core business fundamentals with hands-on experience, Rowan management majors learn through a multi-tiered approach that blends classroom instruction, internships, and lectures by successful leaders. Leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are emphasized. Then, senior year, students help "run" a global corporation. Working in small groups on a sophisticated computer simulator, students explore markets, make acquisitions, develop new products, and learn to expect the unexpected. Teamwork and good judgment lead to higher profits, bigger market share, rising stock prices and, yes, good grades!
