ServiceNow ITIL Resources
ServiceNow is the enterprise ITSM ticketing system being used by IRT and a few other campus departments.
ServiceNow is delivered as a cloud application and includes various modules that support the ITIL processes implemented in IRT, including Incident, Request, Change and Knowledge.
All interactions with IRT are logged and tracked in ServiceNow, including incident support and requests for services.
