The Wellness Center: Ongoing Programs
Monday - Friday
Abs - 7:15-7:30 am & 5-5:15 pm. A 15 minute abdominal workout, sure to blast that midsection
Lunch Time 30 minute workouts - 12:15-12:45 pm
Monday - Miracle Mile: Are you looking for a challenge? Utilizing the indoor track, you will run, jog or walk 1-2 miles completing challenging strength exercises in between laps for a great total body workout.
Tuesday - Thighs, Butts & Guts: Who doesn't want to have strong and shapely buns and thighs? Using your own body weight, this class will help you to reach your lower body exercise goals.
Wednesday - Mat Pilates: A training technique utilizing torso stabilization to promote efficiency in movement using flexibility and strength.
Thursday - Ultimate Upper: An intense workout concentrating on the upper body only. Class will utilize the weight room, free weights and your own body weight for an intense 30 minute workout.
After work 45-minute workouts - 5:15 -6:00PM

Tuesday - Gentle Yoga Stretch: A great total body stretching routing to help relax and lengthen your muscles to promote greater flexibility and reduce soreness. Using breathing techniques to aid in each stretch, this class is a great way to relax at the end of a busy day.

50 & Over
Boot Camp 101
Monday & Friday - A moderately paced low-impact interval workout alternating modified agility and cardiovascular drills with upper and lower body strength training activities.
In a rut with your present exercise routine? Join this class for a variety of standing and seated cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility and balance/core strength routines to advance your present fitness level. Ideal intermediate/advanced class.
Stretch & Strength
Join this great class to increase joint flexibility and strengthen your body from head to toe! A combination of strength training with exercise bands, modified pilates mat work and full body stretching.
Often called moving Qigong, the SUN Tai Chi style is characterized by powerful Qigong elements, agile steps and flowing movements performed in a higher stance that is less stressful to the joints. Come with patience and experience improved balance, mobility, and relaxation.

Camden Saturday Health Clinic
In concert with the philosophy to provide primary care and prevention to medically underserved areas, students attending Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine continue to reach out to the community. Seeing the definitive need for greater primary care services in Camden, NJ, the student run Camden Saturday Health Clinic was founded. The Clinic provides free or low-cost services including, but not limited to: job physical for adults, school physical for children, tuberculosis testing (PPD), chronic disease management education, and prescription programs.

The reunion celebration and dinner reception will begin at 6pm in the Windsor Garden Grand Room. The event features a three-course sit down dinner reception, video presentations, and dancing. A cash bar will be available for alcoholic drinks.
Alumni are also invited to the Preventative Medicine CME Program on November 16th from 7:30am-12:30pm. The program will feature lectures by distinguished SOM alumni and Dean Thomas A. Cavalieri, DO, FACOI, FACP. To register for the Preventative Medicine CME program, contact the Michele Mesisca, RowanSOM Department of Graduate Medical Education, at 856-566-6358 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost of advanced registration is $149 or register on-site for $175. Mention your reunion class year and receive a $50 discount!
Require lodging? Hotel rooms have been blocked for the "RowanSOM Alumni Reunion" at a special rate of $92 at the Wingate by Wyndham in Voorhees and $99 at the Hampton Inn, Voorhees.
