Any doctoral student beyond the first year is required to present a poster and therefore, must turn in an abstract by September 30th. All other students, postdocs, research staff or other interested researchers are strongly encouraged to present a poster.
Submit poster abstracts as a Word file (.doc or .rtf) to Krystal Murtha, firstname.lastname@example.org, by September 30th.
Use Arial 12 point font and follow this format:
Authors (the name of the presenter in bold)
Affiliations (italics)(Example: New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging, RowanSOM, Stratford, NJ)
Abstract text (maximum 300 words)(avoid unusual characters, use Symbol font for Greek letters)
Indicate whether the presenter is a doctoral, masters, undergraduate student or postdoctoral fellow and include presenter’s email address.
