Telecommunications provides for the development of the campus wide-area network (WAN) for full connectivity thus assuring full UMDNet access for faculty, staff and students. Additionally, telecommunications provides support of voice technologies to include university pagers, cell phones and telephones.
Telephone and computer services are obtained at http://iheat.umdnj.edu/heatselfservice. The Online Service Request System (OSR) enables customers to, via Internet, both create and check the status of their service requests. If you have not previously contacted the Service Center, you will need to do so before you can submit an OSR.
