Lorraine graduated from Rowan University in 1999 with a B.A in Health and Exercise Science. She has been working in corporate fitness since 2000 and manages a fitness center in Northeast Philadelphia. Passionate about helping people stay healthy and helping them reach their health and fitness goals, Lorraine believes that the biggest attribute to people achieving their goals is knowing what to do and how to do it. She encourages people to ask questions and if she doesn’t know the answer she sure will find it.
When Lorraine is not at work or in the gym, you will find her at a Phillies game (or a Yankees game). Lorraine is a die-hard Phillies fan who married a Yankees fan in 2007. She loves to travel and has been to 24 of the 30 major league baseball stadiums and she hopes to complete her tour and then go back to the cities that have since built new stadiums.
Active throughout her life playing basketball and softball, she decided to pick up another sport. And 10 years ago she started playing ice hockey. Lorraine now coaches a women’s ice hockey team. This is her first year coaching and is coaching the team she has always played for. But Lorraine is looking forward to returning to the ice after a one year break from playing.
Lorraine enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Chloe and Gemini, as well as time with family and friends. She also enjoys a nice round of mini golf and going to an occasional movie. She is a collector of mini baseball bats from all the stadiums she has visited.
