20/20/20: A combination of cardiovascular, strength, and stretching to improve all areas of fitness.

3D Abs: Everybody wants better abs! But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus. No warm-up included so be ready to work!

Total Arms: A 30-minute interval class to scult and tone the arms, chest, and upper back. there will be a combination of quick bursts of cardiovascular movement with strength training movements.

AIKIDIO: A Japanese martial arts form based on a philosophy of harmony where physical, dynamics, flexibility and inner strength are all promoted

Aqua Bootcamp: Kick up your exercise program a notch with these drills and hard-core exercises done in the water. This challenging workout will give you an extra push to surpass your comfort zone with water being a great medium for cross training. Aerobic and strength training will include plyometric moves, sprinting, jumping and hopping. Balance and core work will also be included. Join us as we sweat in the water! Swimming skills are not needed, personal floatation devices are available for use if desired.

Body Works: Get the results you want! This class is designed to tone your entire body. Get ready to clench those abs, tighten your inner and outer thighs, lift your body and sculpt your arms through the use of light weight dumbbells and mat work.

Bootcamp: Challenge yourself with this calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. Bootcamp30 is a half hour.

Cardio Splash: This invigorating class held in the pool improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the bouyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective, fun and 'no sweat' workout. It also allows a break from impact on the body so you are getting a great workout without pounding your joints, ligaments, or tendons.

Core Commotion: This specialty class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday real life activities. Through the use of hand weights, real life functional movement patterns such as twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, lunging and squatting are executed in a FUN and creative way. You will walk away feeling more confident and ready to take on daily activities with more energy. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded program. Because of the multi- joint movement patterns, you will feel a real “commotion” in your core!

Cycling:Using a stationary studio cycle, intensity can be increased or decreased by changing the resistance level on the flywheel. Cycling builds endurance and trains leg muscles to be strong while being kinder to knees and ankles due to minimal weight bearing. Beginners should work at their own pace! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike.First come first served. Water is essential!

Super Cycling is a 1 hour class rather than the typical 45 minute class and aims to push you further for those extra 15 minutes!
Hip-Hop Cycle is a 45 minute, fat-burning cardio cycling class choregraphed to ride to the beat of the music. It is a total body workout and will get you pumped and singing along!

Dance Party Conditioning: More conditioning and toning than a Zumba class, but way more fun than a basic aerobics class! Get ready to dance along to your favorite top 40 and hip hop songs intermixed with intervals of aerobics and strength building. No dance experience necessary! Just have fun and get a great work out in at the same time.

Dandiya: Bollywood music, high energy, fun, stress release and coordination all fused into one exciting workshop. Dance your way into better health with this simple, cardio intensive Indian dance performed with wooded sticks. This dance also incorporates frequent changing of partners, which adds to the fun. No experience required. Sticks will be provided.

HIIT: (High intensity interval training) is a cardio based class that incorporates short bursts of high intensity exercise with short periods of rest. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up while burning fat in less time and improves performance. This upbeat class is for all fitness levels looking for a fun and exciting workout!

Hip Hop: A combination of easy to learn hip hop dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. it's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge! This class takes the fun factor up a notch with super hot moves that will have everyone wanting more. No dance experience required!

Insanity: A revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. MAX Interval Training allows a person to beat the “stress adaptation response,” which normally happens when your body gets used to exercising at one level of exertion. The result of this is halting your progress on your fitness improvement journey. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

Interval Training: This class takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results. Since the program is fast-paced and offers variety, it can be more interesting than a typical class that focuses on only one aspect (cardio or strength).

Kickboxing: A workout that combines cardiovascular, agility and body toning while learning self defense tactics. Improve strength, muscle tone and endurance while reducing body-fat and lowering stress.

Kick ‘n Tone30: A 30-minute workout that combines cardiovascular, agility and body toning while learning self defense tactics. Improve strength, muscle tone and endurance while reducing body-fat and lowering stress.

Pilates: Discover the true meaning of stretching and core strength. This class will teach you the correct way to stretch and the ultimate way to firm up your core. Originally developed to condition professional dancers and athletes, pilates guides you through a multitude of core strengthening and stretcing positions.

RU Fit: A strength and conditioning class geared towards functional fitness, consisting of movements and workouts
that are easy for any level of fitness, whether you are experienced or just beginning to exercise.

S&E: This class takes the weight room into the group fitness room for an intense, fat-burning and fun work-out. You’ll use everything from dumbbells to resist-a-bands, resist-a-balls, medicine balls as an aid in strengthening and firming your muscles.

Spring Training: Looking for the perfect combination of cardio and strength training in one 45 minute class? Spring Training will keep your heart rate up and your muscles working hard with a full body workout including interval and resistance training, cardio bursts, core work and overall strengthening.

Step-Om: Step-Om is a fusion of yoga practice and step conditioning. By alternating the fast paced cardio of step
and yoga asanas, one’s elevated heart rate internally heats the body, allowing for participants to move deeper into their yoga poses. This total mind, body workout is an organic twist to traditional hot yoga.

Step 'n Tone: A 45-minute power packed cardiovascular and strength endurance workout that incorporates basic step movements and total body sculpting! This class will assure fun and sweat.

Turbokick: It’s a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.

Yoga: Yoga is an exercise form over 5,000 years old. By using the traditional postures of yoga and putting them in a sequence of exercises including the Sun Salutation and Warrior Series, the body is in motion rather than at meditative rest. Postures strengthen the body and improve flexibility through isometric exercise, balance work, stretch, and coordinated breath work.Mats provided but personal yoga mats always welcome.

ZUMBA: Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do-Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”. We promise, exercise has never been so fun!

All classes can be modified for any fitness level but please communicate with the instructor of your current level.
