Tutoring is free for Rowan students and the Rowan Success Network (RSN) powered by Starfish gives you an easy way to schedule tutoring appointments.

To schedule an appointment: Access RSN at www.rowan.edu/rsn and login to view your dashboard. On the right, you will see a list of current courses. Click "See available appointments" next to the Tutoring link in the appropriate course. Move through the mini calendar tool located in the left column. All dates with available appointments will be bold. Click on the desired date. Available meeting times will have a Sign Up link. Click the Sign Up link for the desired appointment time, then click on Next at the bottom of the page. The next page will display the tutor’s name, day, time and location of the appointment.Click Schedule at the bottom of the page to finalize the appointment. You will receive an email reminder of your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, find the appointment on your Upcoming Appointments list on the left side of your RSN dashboard. Click on the icon at the beginning of the line. This will bring up a menu that will allow you to cancel or edit the appointment. Cancellations should be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled tutoring session. It will be noted in RSN whenever an appointment has been made and the student fails to attend. 

If tutoring is not available for your particular course, please contact tutoringcenter@rowan.edu with your name, email address, name of course and your available hours for tutoring. We will try to accommodate your request.
