HELP Hotline. 256-HELP (4357). The HELP Hotline is a volunteer telephone hotline service staffed by Rowan students who are trained to listen to your concerns and to refer callers to appropriate resources when needed. HELP Hotline volunteers are available to take your calls every evening from 9PM to 1AM during the Fall and Spring semesters.
