Basic Skills Testing

Placement Testing

All EOF/MAP students are required to take the basic skills placement test prior to attending the Pre-College Institute on June 28th. This mandatory test is used to assist the university in placing students in the appropriate courses during the summer and fall semesters to ensure you are on the right track for graduation. It is imperative that you make arrangements to complete the basic skills test during the test dates below by calling 856-256-4259 to schedule your appointment.

When you come to take the test, please be sure to bring picture identification and identify yourself as an EOF/MAP freshman.

Dates/times: May 5th, May 16th, or June 5th at 8am or 10am or 2pm.

Location: Rowan University Academic Success Center, 3rd floor, Savitz Hall.

If you already have taken the Basic Skills tests at another site and those scores have not been forwarded to Rowan University, you must have those scores forwarded to the Rowan University Academic Success Center immediately.
