Harley E. Flack Student Mentoring Program

The Rowan University Harley E. Flack Student Mentoring Program is a student mentoring support organization committed to the development of students through an array of student, faculty and staff support, academic, cultural and social programs and services.

The goal of the mentoring program is to provide a network of support to undergraduate students to aid in their retention, graduation, and career and advance degree exploration.

The goal of the mentoring program is to increase retention and graduation of students enrolled at Rowan University and to promote student success.

All Pre - College Institute freshmen will be assigned a peer mentor through the Harley E. Flack Student Mentoring Program. Upper-class students have the opportunity to become mentors.
