**Financial Aid & Withdrawal Information** Welcome to the Office of Financial Aid New Jersey residents who attend Rowan find that the cost of attending Rowan is far less than that of many other universities because the State of New Jersey subsidizes the University. Rowan University believes that all qualified students should have the opportunity to attend college. Thus, the University offers financial assistance to eligible students, which can include scholarships, grants, work programs and loans.
