iLead: Tracking Your Leadership Achievements
About iLead
The iLead program allows you to earn Leadership Rowan certifications by participating in events on campus. When you have completed the 16 or 12 achievements that are required for each level of Leadership Rowan certification, you are eligible to receive the certificate at the next Celebrating Leadership Awards.
How to Earn Achievements
- Swipe your card at selected campus events: Leadership Mentors will be present with card readers at many campus events that would fulfil Leadership Rowan achievements. Simply swipe your card and your achievement will automatically be recorded by Leadership Rowan staff.
- Request validation: Submit proof of participation in an activity where iLead card readers were not present by e-mailing us brief information about the event and contact information for a faculty or staff member who can confirm your participation. Leadership Mentors will verify your request and award the apporpraite achivement. You can also call 856-256-4041 to schedule a portfolio review with a Leadership Mentor to review multiple achievements.
- Complete a Leadership Rowan Signature Experience: By participating in one of our workshop series (such as Pre-College Institute, Freshman Connection: Leadership, FLIP, or ASPIRE) you will earn multiple achievements (or even an entire leadership cetification) through your involvement!
