New Student Checklists

Freshman Checklist

Congratulations on your acceptance to Rowan University!

Now that you have been admitted to Rowan University you probably have many things on your mind. To assist you during this exciting time we hope the following checklist will help you stay organized. Although there are many more things to learn about Rowan, we hope this provides a good start.

Each checklist item is important to your successful transition to college life. Be sure to:

  • read and complete each checklist item with attention to the given start dates and deadlines;
  • pay close attention to other materials you receive from Rowan (by mail and through your Rowan student e-mail account);
  • make note of new responsibilities, as well as new opportunities, that come with being a college student.

If you are ever unsure of anything, just ask. In this time of change, it is understandable that some things will be confusing, but do not wait for the answer to come to you. Please contact the appropriate departments if you have any questions, if you do not know where to start, feel free to contact the Office of Orientation and Student Leadership Programs. We are happy to help!
