Parents & Family
A Dialogue with Rowan Parents Whether your student is a freshman or a senior, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for all the support you have provided to both your child and the University. As you know, parental involvement in a student’s life is critical—we see the impact you have every day. Your child, however, is not the only beneficiary of your involvement. The more you visit and interact with the campus, the closer our community becomes. And this enables us to learn from each other’s experiences. With that in mind, I invite you to attend what we call “A Dialogue with Rowan Parents.” It is a meeting where I get to update you about university initiatives, learn more about your experiences with the University, and listen to any advice you may offer. The meetings are held once a semester, typically when other events are held on campus that would interest you. Below are the dates for the next few meetings. If you cannot attend, please feel free to share your thoughts with Julie Peterson, Director of Student Enrichment and Family Connections, at peterson@rowan.edu. She will ensure I receive your comments and questions. Once again, thank you for your support. I hope to see you at the next meeting. Sincerely,
A Dialogue with Parents
