20/20/20: A combination of cardiovascular, strentgh and stretching to improve all fitness aspects. B.L.A.S.T: Ballet, Legs, Abs, Stretching, Technique: This class incorporates basic ballet technique with total body toning exercises to kick your booty into shape! Cycling: Follow the instructor through hills, sprints and all out fun while listening to motivational music to get you through your 45 minute intense bike ride. Aikido: A Japanese martial arts form based on a philosophy of harmony where physical, dynamics, flexibility and inner strength are all promoted.
