Class Descriptions

 

20/20/20: A combination of cardiovascular, strentgh and stretching to improve all fitness aspects.

B.L.A.S.T: Ballet, Legs, Abs, Stretching, Technique: This class incorporates basic ballet technique with total body toning exercises to kick your booty into shape!

Cycling: Follow the instructor through hills, sprints and all out fun while listening to motivational music to get you through your 45 minute intense bike ride.

Aikido: A Japanese martial arts form based on a philosophy of harmony where physical, dynamics, flexibility and inner strength are all promoted.

S&E (Strength and Endurance): This class takes the weight room into the group fitness
room for an intense, fat-burning and fun workout. You’ll use everything from dumbbells to
resist-a-bands, resist-a-balls, medicine balls as an aid in strengthening and firming your muscles.

Turbokick: An addictive, non-stop mix of kickboxing, dance and conditioning with high energy
music. Improve your cardio, balance, strength and power.

Yoga: This ancient natural method for achieving physical, mental and emotional health includes
classical yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods. Benefits include: stress
release, weight control, improved body alignment, flexibility and better concentration.

Cycling/Yoga: Enjoy an intense bike ride for 45 minutes and afterwards transition into a 30 minute
sesssion of deep stetching and relaxation to loosen those tight muscles!

Zumba: Hate to exercise but love to dance? This class incorporates Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia,
and Cha-Cha. Dance, lose weight and relieve stress all at the same time.
