20/20/20 (60 minutes):
20 minutes of cardiovascular work, 20 minutes of strength & resistance exercises, and 20 minutes of core & flexibility training combine for a total body workout. If you enjoy variety, then you will love this class.
BODYPUMP® (45 or 60 minutes):
This barbell class will strengthen your entire body and challenge all of your major muscle groups by using weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Bollywood Dance (45 minutes):
Celebrate your body, mind, and one of the most festive cultures of the world through Bollywood Dance. This fun and high energy workout features simple, easy to follow Indian dance choreography to Bollywood music. No dance experience necessary!
Cardio Sport® (45 or 60 minutes): This team oriented group fitness class that integrates interval training techniques with compound sports-related movements. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete, Cardio Sport can deliver a unique exercise experience that will motivate you to kick, dribble, and run to the next level. Cross Training (45 minutes):
This awesome cross-training class moves you through intervals of cardio and weighted resistance. Participants can expect high repetitions of functional movements incorporating bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, etc. You can expect to improve your physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an encouraging environment.
Cycling (45 minutes):
Cycling allows you to train and challenge your aerobic and anaerobic fitness level in a team group fitness setting. Class focus can combine endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Instructors will use inspiring and uplifting music and imagery as a motivator to get you through each class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike. Water bottles and towels are recommended.
Super Cycle (60 minutes):
All of the benefits of a 45 minute cycling class, plus an extra 15 minutes of work! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike. First come, first served. Water bottles and towels are recommended. Intermediate fitness level is recommended.
INSANITY® (45 minutes):
INSANITY® is a group-focused, athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength class designed for people who love a challenge. The moves are easy to follow—but the workout WILL challenge you. You can expect plyometric, compound movements in each class. Everyone is encouraged to take modifications to suit their personal fitness level. Not an ideal class for absolute beginners.
Pilates (45 minutes):
Discover the meaning and benefits of flexibility and core strength training. This class will teach you the correct way to stretch and the ultimate way to firm your core. Originally developed to condition professional dancers and athletes, pilates will guide you through a multitude of core strengthening and stretching exercises.
PiYo® (45 or 60 minutes):
Pilates + Yoga + nonstop movement! PiYo® combines the muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your bodyweight to perform a series of continuous targeted moves to define every single muscle- big and small.
Strength & Endurance (45 minutes):
This class takes the weight room into the group fitness room. You can expect an intense and fat-burning workout using dumbbells, bands, and medicine balls. Regular participation will result in improved muscle strength, tone, and endurance.
TurboKick® (45 minutes):
Expect a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance combinations perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that is a unique blend of intense interval, strength and endurance training.
Yoga (45 or 60 minutes):
Each yoga class offers a sequence of movements and postures connected with inhales and exhales, building on one another to expand the student’s knowledge of the practice of yoga. Come breathe, move, and meditate your stress away. Beginner students are welcome and encouraged to attend. Mats provided but personal yoga mats are always welcome.
ZUMBA® (45 or 60 minutes):
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin and World music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow and something everyone can do, Zumba® is the best way to “dance away your worries.” No dance experience necessary!
All classes can be modified for any fitness level but please communicate with the instructor of your current level.
