Student Development
The Student Recreation Center staff values developing well-rounded individuals in their student employees. Our philosophy that their employment is more than "Just a Job" is evident through our student development model that includes training & development, teambuilding, rumble @ the rec competitions, area adventures, real world connections, rec-n-crew committees and all staff celebrations. The goal to enhance learning through the development of life-long transferrable skills including communication, time management, problem solving, conflict resolution, building relationships, and other skills provide student employees necessary skills to supplement their academic education.
