Overview:
The Bowling League is held on Wednesday evenings during the semester at 9:30pm at the Glassboro Bowling Alley. The bowling alley is located on 503 Delsea Drive, across from the Save-a-Lot, easily within walking distance from the University.
The 10 week season starts Wednesday, September 23rd. Teams generally consist of 4 people per team, but accomodations will gladly be made for any individual who wishes to participate in the league. We strongly encourage anyone who is interested in recreational bowling and meeting new people to join as a free agent since intramurals strive to foster a friendly social atmosphere as well as a competitive one. Cost per person is $8/night which includes shoe rental, 3 games that night, plus 3 free games each week for each individual to use at anytime during that following week. Rowan Boro Bucks accepted.
Registration Information:
The registration deadline for the Bowling League is Tuesday, September 22nd at 7pm at the Rec Center Front Desk. All registration forms must be filled out completely with all the relevant information from the captain and the participating teammates. All participants must fill out the waiver prior to participation.
The mandatory captain's meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd at 9:15pm at the Glassboro Bowling Alley. This meeting will go over the playing procedures and rules for the league and is also an opportunity to ask questions. Any free agents should attend this meeting and will be assigned to teams during this period. The league will begin immediately after the captains meeting on Wednesday September 23rd at 9:30pm.
