Outdoor Soccer Tourney
Overview: The Outdoor Soccer Tourney will start on Friday, October 2nd and continue through Sunday, October 4th. There will be two divisions: Men's and Co-Rec. The Men's division will be played with seven players on each team, with a minimum of 5 to start. The Co-Rec division will be played with 8 players on each team and may play with equal or 1 less/more of each gender. Also for Co-Rec, a female must touch the ball in the offensive end of the field prior to any shot. The game will consist of two 20-minute halves. Metal tipped or metal cleats are prohibited. Slide tackles are illegal and will result in an automatic ejection (red card) from the game. Ejected players may not be replaced so the team will be forced to be play shorthanded. Two yellow cards will result in a red card/ejection.
Registration Information: The registration deadline is on Tuesday, September 29th at 7 pm at the Rec Center Front Desk. Cost to participate is $15/team. All registration forms must be filled out completely with all the relevant information from the captain and the participating teammates. All participants must submit their Rowan ID # and fill out the waiver prior to participation. Forms are in .pdf format
