Preseason Flag Football Tourney

Tournament Schedule

Overview:

The 7 on 7 Preseason Flag Football Tourney is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12th and Sunday, Sept. 13th. If there is a substantial entry of teams, some games may be scheduled Friday, Sept. 11th. The event will implement regular season rules & regulations. Teams will play 2 - 3 pool play games and play a single elimination playoff.

The game will consist of two 18 minute halves with the clock stopping during the last 2 minutes of each half.

POCKETS, BELT LOOPS, and ZIPPERS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. NO HOODS, METAL OR METAL-TIPPED CLEATS. Screw-in cleats are allowed but must be 1/2inch or less.

Registration Information:

The registration deadline is on Tuesday, September 8th is at 7 pm at the Rec Center Front Desk. Cost to participate is $15/team. All registration forms must be filled out completely with all the relevant information from the captain and the participating teammates. All participants must submit their Rowan ID # and fill out the waiver prior to participation.

There is no captains meeting for this event. All participants will be emailed all relevant information regarding the tournament. Read rules below.
