Tennis Tournament

Overview:

The Tennis Tournament pits individuals against random opponents in a double elimination bracket. Individuals may register for the singles tournament and may also register a doubles team. Please fill out a registration form for both when making payment

Participants will play 1 game per week per division (singles or doubles). When the brackets are made, the individuals must contact their opponents to set up their matches at convenient dates/times. Winners must report the score by submitting a scoresheet available at the front desk. Failure to play the match by the deadline date may result in forfeiture of 1 or both parties. Participants must contact the IM office if there is any problems with scheduling or for forfeitures. Games may be played on the courts in Glassboro or Pitman area courts.

Registration Information:

The deadline for the Tennis Tournament is Tuesday, March 4th at 7pm at the Rec Center Front Desk. Cost is $3 person or $6/team. All registration forms must be filled out completely with all the relevant information from the captain and the participating teammates. All participants must fill out the waiver prior to participation.

There is no captains meeting for this sport. All participants will be emailed all relevant information regarding the tournament. Read rules below.
