Apartments

Rowan University's two-hundred acre campus currently features eight residence halls and four apartment complex's with a variety of living and learning environments. Each hall has numerous programs geared towards the resident along with a twenty-four hour staff of trained Resident Assistants and public safety representatives. Nestled among the trees in historic Glassboro, New Jersey, the on-campus residence halls and apartments house 3,000 students. Apartment Room Layout

Edgewood Park Apartments

Edgewood Park Apartments consist of four separate buildings that are identical in structure. Each building has three floors each with 24 individiual units and house up to 384 students. The individual apartments are designated same gender units and each building is co-ed. There is limited parking in front of the complex.


		Mansion Park Apartments Mansion Park Apartments consists of 74 apartments. Three, four or five students live in either one or two bedroom units. Each apartment contains a kitchen, living room and bathroom. These apartments are furnished. The complex is equipped with one large laundry room located in Unit #17.


		Rowan Boulevard Apartments The Rowan Boulevard apartment complex is situated at the corner of Route 322 and Main Street, diagonally across the street from the Landmark Americana restaurant. The first of two buildings (four-stories each), houses up to 568 students in four-bedroom (single occupancy) apartments that include two bathrooms, a kitchen, breakfast nook and living room area. The complex also contains exercise and weight rooms, meeting rooms, laundry facilities and a Public Safety satellite office. View a floorplan of the apartment.

		Triad Apartments The Triad Apartments house up to 378 students. It is split into three "wings" consisting of three floor each. Individual apartments are designated same gender units and each floor is co-ed. Each apartment has 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 2, 4, or 6 students. Parking is available on site for all residents.

		Townhouses Complex The townhouses that opened September 2004 boast 113 townhouse units (4 and 6 bedroom units), three-story parking garage and a community center. They will hold 464 beds each in single occupancy rooms. The three story 572 parking spot lot adjacent to the townhouses will accommodate students and commuters who work and take classes in the nearby academic buildings. The 5,000-sq. ft. facility contains two large meeting rooms, staff offices, laundry facilities, a game room and the townhouse complex director's residence. » View a map of the Townhouse Complex.
