Apartment Style Residence Halls

Rowan University's two-hundred acre campus currently features four apartment complex's with a variety of living and learning environments. Each complex has numerous programs geared towards the residents along with a staff of trained student and professional staff members. Nestled among the trees in historic Glassboro, New Jersey, the on-campus apartments house over 2,100 students. For the layout of our apartment complexes, please click here. Edgewood Park Apartments  

Edgewood Park Apartments

Edgewood Park Apartments consist of four separate buildings that are identical in structure. Each building has three floors each with 24 individual units and house up to 384 students. The individual apartments are designated same gender units and each building is co-ed. There is limited parking in front of the complex.

  Rowan Boulevard Apartments

The Rowan Boulevard apartment complex is situated at the corner of Route 322 and Main Street. This complex houses up to 884 students in four-bedroom (single occupancy) apartments that include two bathrooms, a kitchen, breakfast nook and living room area. The complex also contains exercise and weight rooms, meeting rooms, laundry facilities and a Public Safety satellite office.

 
 

Triad Apartments

The Triad Apartments house up to 378 students. It is split into three "wings" consisting of three floor each. Individual apartments are designated same gender units and each floor is co-ed. Each apartment has 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 2, 4, or 6 students. Parking is available on site for all residents.

Townhouses Complex

Townhouses

The Townhouses house up to 465 beds each in single occupancy rooms. The 5,000-sq. ft. facility contains two large meeting rooms, staff offices, laundry facilities, a game room and the townhouse complex director's residence. Parking is available on site for all residents in the Townhouse parking garage.

Whitney Center Apartments

The Whitney Center is situated at the corner of Route 322 and Rowan Blvd. This complex houses up to 278 students in single bedrooms within apartments housing 1-4 students. There is 1 bathroom for every 2 students, and every apartment includes a kitchen, breakfast nook and living room area. Recreation areas, large TV lounges and laundry facilities are also available for student use. The building is also the home of the Bantivoglio Honors Program and contains offices, a lounge and classroom space dedicated to honors students.

220 Rowan Blvd - Private Affiliated Housing

Opened in Fall 2015, this mixed-use building is privately owned and operated by Nexus Properties yet is still affiliated with Rowan University and The Department of Residential Learning & University Housing (RLUH). The building houses 456 Junior and Senior students in 119 apartments. All apartment rooms in 220 Rowan Blvd. are single bedrooms and there are two types of units, both of which you can find described here. Amenities featured are: fully furnished units with full-size beds, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, student rooms and lounges throughout the building, and Verizon Fios Cable & Internet. Within the mixed-use commercial space, there is an Urgent Care, multiple eateries and private luxury apartments, as well. 230 Victoria - Private Affiliated Housing

Opening in August 2017, 230 Victoria will be located on the corner of Victoria Street and Rowan Blvd. 230 Victoria is a mixed-use building with housing, classrooms and retail. You will find the extension of the Rowan Recreational Center located in the ground floor on Victoria Street. The building houses 413 students in 81 apartments. Amenities feature: Fully Furnished units, Stainless steel appliances, study lounges/lounge areas throughout the building, storage in some units, single and double rooms (depends on unit type), and Verizon Fios cable & internet provider. The building offer various apartment layouts for many student situations, you may view the different unit types here.

230 Victoria - Floor Plans:

223 High - Private Affiliated Housing

Opening in August 2017, 223 High will be located on the corner of High Street and Mick Drive. It is the mixed-use student building with housing and retail. The building houses 144 students in 33 apartments. Amenities feature: Fully Furnished units, Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, study lounges/lounge areas throughout the building, storage in some units, single and double rooms (depends on unit type), and Verizon Fios cable & internet provider.
