Summer University Housing Information
Residential Learning & University Housing usually releases the Summer University Housing application in Mid to Late March of the Spring Semester.
Students who are interested in living on campus during the Summer must be enrolled in Rowan University courses or be employed by a Rowan University department. Students who fall under one of these categories, will be permitted to live on campus for the duration of either the summer course session they are attending and/or the duration of their employment.
Summer University Housing applications are usually due mid-April and should be submitted through MyHousing (www.rowan.edu/selfservice).
Each year, The Board of Trustee's reviews and approves Summer University Housing Rental Rates in the February Board Meeting. The below rates are the Summer 2016 Housing Rates, and are subject to change:
The Summer 2017 Session Schedule has not yet been released. For reference, this was the Summer 2016 Session and associated University Housing Check-in/Out Schedule:
*All checkins and checkouts will be held between 10 am and 1 pm
*Students will be charged the daily rate for the complex they are residing in for any dates they are approved to reside on campus prior to the start of their session or after their summer session has ended.
*Students who are approved to move over to their fall assignment on 8/6/16 will do so from 9:30am - 1pm. You will be notified via email by our department if you are to particpate in this move over process.
