Summer 2015 Sessions Schedule

Summer 2015 University Housing application will open up the week of 2/16/15. Students who are interested in living on campus for the summer session must be enrolled in Rowan University courses or be employed by a Rowan University department. Students who wish to live on campus during the summer session should submit their housing application through MyHousing ( no later than 4/17/15 at 11:59pm.

*Students will be charged the daily rate for the complex they are residing in for any dates they are approved to reside on campus prior to the start of their session or after their summer session has ended.

Summer 2015 Housing Rates:

  • Rowan Blvd - $26 per day
  • Triad (with AC) - $18 per day
  • Triad (without AC) - $9 per day

Summer 2015 Housing Cancellation Policy

The Terms and Conditions of the university housing contract stipulate that students are financially obligated to the contract until a request to cancel is approved by the University. 

The deadline to request to cancel with no penalty is five (5) business days after the student selects a space during room selection, or the University notifies the student of a confirmed housing assignment.  To submit your request to cancel your housing assignment within this 5 day period, please log on to and click on MyHousing to submit your cancellation request. 

Cancellation of the summer housing contract after the April 27, 2015 deadline will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Requests submitted after April 27, 2015 will only be approved due to withdrawal, graduation or leave of absence, participation in an approved academic program, marriage or domestic partnership, or medical, financial or other hardship. Requests after this date are subject to the fees and pro-rated refund schedule detailed in the contract. Any requests submitted after April 27, 2015 should be via written letter/email to the Assistant Director for Administrative Services.
