End of Semester Room Change/Swap

The end of semester room swap period allows students to request a room change for the spring semester. Students approved for a room change will officially check-out of their current assignment at the end of the Fall semester and check into their new assignment on January 18, 2008.

Room swap request begins Wednesday, November 5. All requests must be submitted by Friday, November 14 at Midnight

Room swaps must be mutually requested; wherein both students must submit an application.

Please keep in mind that this is only a REQUEST and there is no guarantee students will be moved.

NOTIFICATION

• Students will be notified by on campus phone and cell phone if provided, starting Monday, November 24.


• If your request is approved students MUST check out of their current assignment at the end of the semester and check into their new assignment on January 18, 2009.


• Failure to respond within the 48 hours, of the approved room swap, will result in the request being voided by the department.


• Students who move to their new room prior to January will null and void the room change and be referred to the Office of Judicial Affairs.
