Fall 2009 Room Change/Swap

The fall 2009 room change/swap period allows students to request a room change for the current semester. Students approved for a room change will officially check-out of their current assignment before moving into their new assigment.

Room change/swap request begins Monday, September 14 . All requests must be submitted by Monday, September 21, by 4:00pm.

Room swaps must be mutually requested; wherein both students must submit an application.

Please keep in mind that this is only a REQUEST and there is no guarantee students will be moved.

NOTIFICATION

• Students will be notified by student email and/or cell phone if provided, starting Wednesday, September 23rd.


• If your request is approved students MUST check out of their current assignment by Friday, September 25th.


• Failure to respond within the 48 hours, of the approved room change/swap, will result in the request being voided by the department.


• Students who move their belongings prior to meeting with the Office of Residential Learning & University Housing Office will void the room change and result in possible judicial sanctions.
