Apply for University Housing for Fall-Spring (yearlong binding contract)

Rowan University Mandatory Housing Policy: All unmarried undergraduate full-time students, under the age of 21, with fewer than 58 credits are required to live in University housing, unless they will be commuting from a parent or guardian’s home within 40 miles of the Rowan campus. Those who will not be living in the residence of their parents or legal guardian within a 40 mile radius of campus, must reside in the university resident facilities until completion of their second academic year (or four full-time semesters). Students who plan to commute must file for commuter status by submitting a notarized Statement of Student Residence form.

Students who violate the on-campus residence requirements will be required to move into a residence hall and pay full room rent for the semester in which the violation occurs. Students who refuse to move onto the campus will be suspended from the University.
