First-Year Students

The Offices of Residence Life & University Housing at Rowan University would like to welcome you.

All new freshmen and transfer students will receive housing and meal plan information from the Admissions Office upon acceptance to the University.

Please make sure that you read all documentation as well as the Residence Life & University Housing Handbook.

All housing applications require a security deposit of $200.00 (Check or money order only, made out to Rowan University).
