Microwave/Refrigerator Rental

The MicroFridge is three appliances in one and provides students with a convenient way to prepare and store snacks in their room.

The MicroFridge comes with a:

• microwave
• refrigerator
• freezer

They will set up the unit in your room and pick it up at the end of the Spring Semester. If anything goes wrong with the unit, they will replace it.

What is a MicroFridge?
The MicroFridge is a combination refrigerator, freezer and microwave that was designed for college students. It's safe and energy efficient to use. It fits easily in your room and lets you eat what you want, where you want, when you want!!


Why a Rental?

• Only MicroFridge provides 3 appliances in one and it's only available through a rental.
• Campus Specialties provides free delivery and pickup, so you can avoid the hassles of transporting heavy appliances to and from school.
• No worries about repairs! If anything goes wrong Campus Specialties replace the unit.

What is the rental cost?
MicroFridge — microwave/refrigerator/freezer. The automatic defrost refrigerator is 2.1 cu ft, freezer is 0.7 cu ft. and the microwave with turntable is 600 watts: Rental $199.99.


What about delivery and pickup?
Campus Specialties will deliver the MicroFridge to your room and pick it up at the end of the Spring semester.


How can I order a MicroFridge?
For your convenience, reserving a MicroFridge, can be done via the internet, telephone or mail. Orders received before August 23rd will be delivered prior to the start of the academic year. Orders received after August 23rd will be subject to an additional $25 late fee which must be included with payment. All late orders will be delivered after the start of the academic year.

Phone — Call our toll free number at 800-525-7307 and have a customer service representative assist you with your order. Please have your credit card number and ordering information available to expedite your call.

Mail — Click here to download and print the rental agreement form. If you and your roommate are going to share the cost of the rental fee, we ask that only one payment in the amount of $199.99 be sent.

Cancellation Policy

• All orders cancelled prior to delivery will receive a full refund.
• All orders cancelled within the first two weeks of the academic year are subject to a $25.00 charge.
• All orders cancelled after the first two weeks of the academic year are non-refundable.
