Rowan After Hours provides great opportunities for student organizations to take part in our events. The easiest way for organizations to be involved with Rowan After Hours is to simply attend our events. But, Rowan After Hours also welcomes student organizations to sponsor events any Thursday, Friday, or Saturday as part of RAH.

Any organization that wishes to sponsor events must be petitioning/chartered through SGA, the REC Center, or Greek Affairs. Organizations that sponsor events may recieve service credit. And sponsoring events also provides student organizations a wonderful opportunity for recruitment and gain positive exposure within Rowan University.

In order to sponsor an event at Rowan After Hours organizations will need to do the following:

1) Schedule a meeting with Tommy Balicky, the Assistant Director for Rowan After Hours to discuss the program. (Please note; smaller events should meet SIX WEEKS before the event, while larger events should meet ONE SEMESTER prior to the event.)

2) Complete a RAH program proposal with a complete budget breakdown for your event.

3) Complete any work associated with the preparation for your event

4) Attend Rowan After Hours the night of your event to execute your event.

Special Notes:
*If you are unclear as to what event your organization would like to sponsor, schedule a meeting and we can help you plan around events that are already planned.
*Rowan After Hours Programs must be open to and free for ALL Rowan Students.
