Rowan University Forward to Freedom (RUFF)
Application Welcome to the RUFF application process. Puppy raising can be a very rewarding experience. It can also be very demanding and time consuming. Before placing a puppy in your care, your application will be reviewed by both Rowan and The Seeing Eye. You will also be interviewed by current puppy raisers regarding your knowledge of the program, your time commitments and your dedication. In addition, The Seeing Eye will want to talk with your parents and other family members. The process may seem cumbersome but the reward is priceless. Please contact the club leadership before filling out any forms. The application process experiences frequent changes and even we have trouble keeping up!
