Judicial Affairs
The mission of the Office of Judicial Affairs is to articulate to students the standards of behavior expected within the University community. Standards of student conduct ensure respect for all members of the community and maintenance of a collaborative and learning-centered environment as described in the University's mission statement. Education of students within these standards (which include honesty and personal integrity, respect for others as both individuals and groups, assumption of appropriate responsibility for the conduct of others within the community as well as for one's own behavior) occurs both preventatively (publications, presentations, interaction) and reflectively (through the disciplinary process).

Office of Multicultural Affairs   
The Office of Multicultural Affairs at Rowan University works diligently to create an environment that fosters the institutional integration and submersion of diversity and multiculturalism. The office supports and initiates programs that foster the acknowledgement and acceptance of the differences that define the personal self-identity of faculty, staff, and students. The Office of Service Learning and Volunteerism offers numerous opportunities for students who want to give back to the community as volunteers. There are many reasons why individuals participate in service learning and volunteerism experiences. Public Safety
Rowan offers a comprehensive public safety program for the university community. Recreation Center 
The Rec Center is a state-of-the art health club open seven days a week for currently enrolled full-time students. Memberships are also available for part-time students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The 92,000 square foot facility features a three-court gymnasium, indoor track, 25-yard pool, four racquetball courts, a cycling room, a group exercise studio, fitness and free weight room areas, full locker/shower facilities, and a juice/smoothie bar. The Rec is one of the finest centers in the state for recreational activities, fitness programs, intramural sports and instructional classes.

Financial Aid 
New Jersey residents who attend Rowan find that the cost of attending Rowan is far less than that of many other universities because the State of New Jersey subsidizes the University. Rowan University believes that all qualified students should have the opportunity to attend college. Thus, the University offers financial assistance to eligible students, which can include scholarships, grants, work programs and loans.
