Rowan, offshore med school sign pact

Rowan University will funnel future doctors and veterinarians to Ross University, an off-shore medical school, under an unusual deal due to be finalized today.


Graduates of the Glassboro-based state college who meet certain criteria will be guaranteed admission to Ross, a for-profit medical and veterinary school with campuses in the Caribbean.
