"Pizza Cutting" to Celebrate Opening of New Rowan Dining HallMarch 18, 2005
On Monday, March 21, Rowan University students, faculty and staff will celebrate the reopening of ?The Marketplace,? the university?s newly renovated main student dining hall. Rather than the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony, university officials will mark the occasion with a ?pizza cutting? featuring a giant, six-foot pizza with toppings spelling out ?ROWAN.? Rowan President Dr. Donald Farish and representatives from Rowan?s food service contractor, Sodexho, will slice the pie.
